Hey, Im Nastia!

I am a contemporary ceramic artist working primarily with hand-built sculpture and functional forms. After beginning in illustration, I have spent over a decade developing a narrative ceramic practice where characters, objects, and imagined personas take physical form. My work has been exhibited internationally and featured in art publications, with each piece remaining unique, shaped by material, process, and the unpredictability of firing.
Rooted in illustration, my ceramic practice brings drawn characters into three-dimensional life. Hand-built figures, vessels, and creatures emerge through dialogue, chance, and the transformative process of the kiln. Each piece carries its own mood and narrative, shaped by subtle variations in form, glaze, and fire. What begins as a flat image becomes a tactile companion -meant to be touched, lived with, and slowly discovered over time.
